This Privacy Policy sets forth the terms for the collection and treatment of personally identifiable information (“PII”) that we gather when you are using the Website. This Privacy Policy only applies to WINNOW, and does not apply to other companies that we are affiliated with, nor does it apply to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit PII from anyone under the age of 16 or  knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 16,  please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about  yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email  address. No one under age 16 may provide any PII to us or on the Services. In the event that we learn or have reason to believe that we have collected PII from someone under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 2. Information Collected by WINNOW
a. Customer-Furnished Information
We may receive and store all information you provide to us. WINNOW, through the Website, collects information from you during the registration process. When registering for an account on the Website, you provide PII such as your name, email address, shipping and billing information, gender, and third party account credentials (e.g., your login for Facebook). By providing such PII, you represent and certify that all information provided is true and complete. You can edit the information that you provide during the registration process at any time. If you provide your third party account credentials to us, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts (“Third Party Information”) may be transmitted into your account with us if you authorize such transmissions, and  that Third Party Information transmitted to our Website is covered by this Privacy Policy. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to register with us or to take advantage of some Website features.

Therefore, it is not possible to, and WINNOW does not, guarantee the complete or absolute security of your PII or other data you provide to WINNOW. Nevertheless, WINNOW maintains security policies and procedures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the PII. The Website, including any communications using the built-in messenger service, is fully encrypted, and WINNOW also utilizes a certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider for its Website platform.

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party, you may have modified sign-on protections via that third party. It is your responsibility to prevent unauthorized access to your account and PII by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately, and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished
accessing your account.
